Our spot is ideal for kitesurfers on all levels. Beginners appreciate wide area of shallow water, which is perfect for learning and training. Depending on the phase of the moon, the water gets maximum waist-high. The deep water and the shallow water are separated by colorfull reef. You can safely pass the reef anytime, and take a trip out to the sea. In case you need help, there is also a rescue boat for your convenience. The water is observed at all times - our beachboys are specially trained to help kitesurfers. On RSZ area, there is also a stripe of dead reef (3-10 meters width), marked by orange buoys.
Bird's eye view at our area:

Water temperature is also very nice for training (you won't get cold if you crash:)
Summer - no wetsuit needed, shorts and lycra only:)
Fall - some people put on shorty, while some people still kite in shorts
Winter - you should bring a wetsuit (full or shorty)
Spring - shorty or a windstopper is enough
Apart from the wetsuit, you should also bring water shoes. They protect your feet from stones and shells, that you can sometimes see in our area. It is obligatory to wear shoes on IKO courses.
In the water, sometimes you can meet the small fish. Outside of the reef, there are dolphins and even sea turtles! It is also possible to go fishing.

The depth of the water depends on the phase of the tide (from ankle-high to waist-high). There are two high tides and two low tides in 24 hours. The strength of the tide depends on the phase of the moon and the season. It is possible to foresee quite precisely the time of a low tide and a high tide. Download the file to check the tides for 2010.
